Dr. Nuri Ceydeli, menopoz hakkındaki gerçekleri anlatarak, doğru bilinen yanlışlara dikkat çekerken, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanı Op. Dr. Zeynep Yılmaz ise daha sağlıklı bir menopoz dönemi için kadınlara önerilerde bulunuyor.

Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanı Op. Dr. Nuri Ceydeli araştırmaların, erken menopoza girme sebebinin yüzde 60’ının genetik olduğuna işaret etse de yaşam tarzı, beslenme ve stres gibi faktörlerin de erken menopozda son derece etkili olduğunu belirtti. Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi Kadın Hastalıkları, Doğum ve Jinekolojik Onkoloji Uzmanı Doç. Dr. Fatih Güçer de “Uygun dozda ve doktor kontrolünde sürdürülen hormon tedavileri rahim kanseri ve kolon kanseri riskini ayrıca koroner kalp hastalığı riskini ileri derecede azaltıyor. Hormon tedavisi alan kadınların altı ayda bir düzenli kontrolden geçmeleri de olası hastalıklarda erken tanı ve tedavi başarısını sağlıyor” açıklamasında bulundu. Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Uzmanı Op. Dr. Zeynep Yılmaz ise “Sağlıklı ve kaliteli yaşam alışkanlıkları ile menopoz yaşınızı geciktirebilirsiniz” dedi.


DOĞRU:
Menopoz, adetlerin kalıcı olarak kesilmesinden yaklaşık 1-5 yıl önce başlayan bir süreçtir. Önmenopoz (premenopoz) olarak adlandırılan bu süreçte adetler devam eder ancak hormonal dalgalanmalar nedeniyle farklı derecelerde sıkıntılar yaşanabilir.

Yanlış: MENOPOZ ANİDEN ORTAYA ÇIKAR

  • Zararlı kimyasal maddelerden uzak durun.
  • Stresten kaçının.

ERKEN MENOPOZ HAKKINDA BİLMENİZ GEREKENLER

Yumurtalık rezervinin sona ermesiyle ortaya çıkan menopozun, 40 yaşından önce olması durumu erken menopoz olarak kabul ediliyor. Ülkemizde kadınlar ortalama 47, Avrupa’da ise 51 yaşında menopoza giriyor. Yaklaşık 15-29 yaşlarındaki 1000 kadından birinde, 30-39 yaşlarındaki 100 kadından birinde erken menopoz görülüyor. Psikolojik değişiklikler, uykusuzluk, ani terlemeler, odaklanamama ya da agresif tavırlar erken menopozun en dikkat çekici belirtileridir.

İyi bir analizle kolayca anlaşılabilen erken menopozu etkileyen faktörler arasında ailedeki anne ya da ablanın menopoza girdikleri yaş önemlidir.
